3. Description of Project: The purpose of the Arizona Hunting
Club & Outdoor Adventure Group’ Hunting Workshops are to teach new
recruit the technical aspects of hunting from a workbook and a textbook, then
provide them with real world scouting experience with camping and scouting
trips into various hunting units throughout Arizona.

a. Create a hunting workbook (see
our proposed table of contents)

Create a hunting PowerPoint presentation
c. Create a 12-month schedule of
workshops
d. Create a 12-month marketing
plan to raise awareness for the hunting courses
d. Create a website that will
make it easy for new members to join and research hunting information as well
as attend hunting clinics that will make them successful for their game
selection
e. Create a communications
process with Game Unit Managers to share hunting information
f. Generate 12-month campout and
hunting scouting program for in the field training
g. Develop hunter testimonials on
why hunting is important to family values and responsibility

to Perform the Work:
$10,000 - Build a “Hunting on Paper” workbook to
be used in hunting workshop
$15,000 - Conduct a “Hunting on Paper” workshops
to educate students on hunting strategies and resources
$15,000 - Conduct “Hunting in the Field”
workshops to educate students on real world scouting techniques
$5,000 – Conduct rifle and archery workshops to teach
students how to shoot accurately
$5,000 – Conduct digital photography workshops to
teach students how to photograph accurately
The Arizona Hunting Club & Outdoor Adventure Group will
cover these costs in order to match the Arizona Game and Fish’s Grant
of $50,000.
