Arizona Hunting Club & Outdoor Adventure Group
Hunting Workbook for Big Game Species in Arizona
Arizona Game & Fish Hunt Unit Scouting Reports
The Arizona Hunting Club is currently developing content to produce the very
first Arizona Hunting Workbook designed to teach new hunters, children, couples
and parents exactly how to locate and hunt big game animals in Arizona.
In tandem
with the Arizona Hunting Workbook, the Arizona Hunting Club will also conduct a
series of Arizona Hunting Workshops and Arizona Scouting Field Trips that will allow
students to get hands-on knowledge of how to hunt effectively on paper in a class room environment,
and then practice their newfound hunting skills during an actual hunting scouting trip to a real world
Arizona hunting unit.
The development of Arizona Hunting Club's hunting workbooks and hunting workshops will be
funded, hopefully, by the Arizona Hunter Recruitment
and Retention Grant Program, which will award one or more grants to local Arizona
hunting organizations in order to promote the recruitment of new hunters in the state as
well as retain the existing population of hunter and anglers in Arizona.
According to the Arizona Game and Fish department, they
will announce the Arizona Hunter Recruitment and Retention Grant winners
on October 20, 2007.
If the Arizona Hunting Club wins this contract the Arizona Hunt Club's first Arizona Hunting
Workbook, Arizona Hunting Workshop and Arizona Scouting Field Trips will be offered to
the public for free.
If not, the Arizona Hunting Club will still build these programs, but we will have to
charge a fee to attend one of our Arizona Hunting Programs.
